Counsel Duties: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contractual documents related to re-negotiations, renewals, upsells, amendments, and account wind-down. Construction Law Fellow The candidate attend law school part-time through evening programs. Work during their first year of law school as legal assistants in construction law department at a compensation rate commensurate with junior positions at architectural and engineering firms. Become eligible for a law clerk position after the first year. Should have background in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Field experience is preferred.
Associate Attorney The candidate should have highest levels of intellectual achievement, analytical skills and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
