Counsel Duties: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contractual documents related to re-negotiations, renewals, upsells, amendments, and account wind-down. Provide timely and quality advice and direction to business leaders on contract governance, compliance, growth, disputes, transition and transformation and wind-down. Construction Law Fellow The candidate attend law school part-time through evening programs. Work during their first year of law school as legal assistants in construction law department at a compensation rate commensurate with junior positions at architectural and engineering firms. Become eligible for a law clerk position after the first year. Should have background in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Field experience is preferred.
Associate Attorney The candidate should have highest levels of intellectual achievement, analytical skills and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
Law Students The candidate should be First or second year law students looking for an opportunity to work with lawyers in a variety of practice areas will participate in depositions, client meetings, trials and closings. Summer Associate Program The summer associates will receive a first-hand opportunity to apply law school theories to real-world situations. Summer associates are encouraged to attend and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, closings, and client meetings where they are exposed to the legal arena. Assignments include: research; memo writing; and drafting of pleadings and motions. The summer associates are encouraged to attend regularly scheduled associate and prac
